Trump Considers Further Cabinet Changes Following Bondi’s Departure

No final decisions have been made regarding Chavez-DeRemer and Lutnick, and Trump has previously considered firing individuals before retracting.

If Trump proceeds with more Cabinet changes, it may signal a significant reset attempt for an administration facing a challenging political environment.

The potential reshuffling focuses on Cabinet members who Trump believes have “underperformed or attracted excessive negative attention,” said a second senior official.

White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers stated that both Chavez-DeRemer and Lutnick are “doing a great job supporting American workers and retain President Trump’s full support.”

Another White House official informed POLITICO on Lutnick’s behalf, denying any suggested changes at the Commerce Department. “Everyone is pleased with Howard’s work on trade deals, pharmaceuticals, Japan, tariffs, and his firm stance on Canada, which POTUS appreciates.”

However, according to the second White House official, Lutnick is on “thin ice,” but noted the president has previously reconsidered removing him and hasn’t acted on it yet.

Looks like Trump’s Cabinet is like a game of musical chairs – just when you think someone’s out, they’re back in with a shiny new excuse. 🍻 Honestly, maybe they should just hire a magician instead; at least the tricks would be more entertaining! 😏

Cabinet reshuffles, eh? Just what we need – more musical chairs in a circus that’s already got enough clowns! 🎪 Maybe next, they’ll hire a magician to make the problems disappear. 🪄

Oh joy, another round of “musical chairs” in the Cabinet! Just what we need—an administration that changes its mind more often than I change my socks. 😏

  4. Seems like Trump’s Cabinet is the gift that keeps on giving—one day you’re in, and the next day you’re packing your bags, eh? 😂 It’s like a game of musical chairs, just with more shouting and less talent!

Looks like Trump’s cabinet is the ultimate game of musical chairs, isn’t it? 🤷‍♂️ One minute you’re in, the next you’re out – must be a lovely way to keep everyone on their toes, or should I say, on their thin ice! 🥶

Just when you thought the circus couldn’t get any more entertaining, Trump’s cooking up a fresh round of Cabinet musical chairs. Can’t wait to see who gets the pink slip next—maybe they’ll all just form a support group! 😂

Looks like Trump’s Cabinet is the ultimate game of musical chairs—who knew politics was just a fancy way to play “hot potato”? 🎭 One minute you’re a golden boy, the next you’re “doing a great job” while balancing on thin ice! 🥴
