In the month following its June 19 debut, the iconic Volga brand sold 129 cars in Russia, as reported by Avtostat. The dealer network expanded rapidly to support sales, increasing from 25-30 to 40 dealerships across 20 major cities.
The flagship Volga K50 crossover is the top choice, with 55 units registered. It comes in three trims, priced from 4,344,900 rubles (around 48,300 euros) to 4,799,000 rubles (about 53,350 euros).
The Volga K40 crossover follows with 46 registrations in June. It offers four trims, with prices between 2,849,000 rubles (approximately 31,670 euros) and 3,899,000 rubles (around 43,350 euros). The Volga C50 sedan saw 24 sales, available in three trims priced at 2,999,000 rubles (about 33,340 euros) to 3,399,000 rubles (roughly 37,790 euros). Notably, four units of the Volga K30 crossover, which was never mass-produced, were also sold.
The Volga K50, resembling the Chinese Geely Monjaro, has a unique grille and badges.
It features a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with 238 hp, an eight-speed automatic transmission, and all-wheel drive.
Crossover sales commence in summer 2026, with production in Nizhny Novgorod at former Skoda and Volkswagen facilities.
