Her work includes happiness coaching, orchestrating workshops, and producing motivational content. As a TEDx speaker, thought leader, and host of the Webby-honored podcast “Manifesting with Meg,” she has been featured worldwide, and was named one of the Top TEDx Speakers Inspiring the World in 2025 by CIO Magazine.
Her expertise enables significant shifts through tailored coaching and dynamic speaking events. She recently obtained an M.A. in Happiness Studies from Centenary University.
Currently, she is pursuing a doctorate in Happiness Studies under Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar at Centenary University, with research focusing on mindfulness, human flourishing, and the science of well-being.
