Repayments confirmation to Quatrim secured bondholders

Paris, March 27, 2026

Groupe Casino has announced that on March 27, 2026, it repaid €20.8 million of the secured debt from its subsidiary Quatrim. This includes €19.9 million of principal and €0.9 million of accrued interest, with €0.2 million being PIK interests from April 6, 2025, to October 5, 2025, and €0.7 million of accrued interests from October 6, 2025, to March 26, 2026.

As a result of this transaction, the nominal amount of Quatrim’s secured bonds is now €120.0 million, with €1.2 million of accrued PIK interests from April 6, 2025, to October 5, 2025.
