Hidden Messages in King Charles’s Speech to Congress

Statement: “In the immediate aftermath of 9/11, when NATO invoked Article 5 for the first time, and the United Nations Security Council was united in the face of terror, we answered the call together as our people have done so for more than a century, shoulder to shoulder, through two world wars, the Cold War, Afghanistan and moments that have defined our shared security.”

Interpretation: Do not backtrack on Article 5 because the Brits stood with you during crucial times.

Statement: “I served with immense pride in the Royal Navy, following in the naval footsteps of my father, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh; my grandfather, King George VI; my great-uncle, Lord Mountbatten; and my great-grandfather, King George V.”

Interpretation: Stop disparaging the Royal Navy.

Statement: “America’s words carry weight and meaning, as they have since independence. The actions of this great nation matter even more. President Lincoln understood this so well, with his reflection in the magisterial Gettysburg Address that the world may little note what we say, but will never forget what we do.”

Interpretation: Impulsive posts on Truth Social aren’t helpful but if you resume our friendship, we will overlook the excessive commentary.

Funny how the King thinks we’re all waiting with bated breath for his royal pep talk—next up, he’ll be lecturing us on the virtues of tea and crumpets while the world burns! 😂

Blimey, it’s like he’s auditioning for a Shakespearean play with all that grandeur, innit? Let’s hope Congress has a good supply of popcorn – this drama’s got more layers than a well-cooked lasagna! 🍿😏

Seems like Charles is doing his best impression of a history professor while trying to remind everyone that the Royal Navy isn’t just a fancy hat-wearing club. But hey, if only his speeches had a bit more ‘pizzazz’ and less royal nostalgia, we might actually stay awake! 😴👑

It’s absolutely delightful to see our dear Charles channeling his inner Churchill while reminding Congress how to behave, as if we all needed a royal history lesson on the importance of sticking together. 😏

Seems like King Charles is giving us a masterclass in royal diplomacy – who knew speeches could come with a side of subtle threats and a sprinkle of family pride? 🤔 It’s almost as if he’s saying, “Play nice or I’ll remind you who still has the crown!” 😂

The Devil’s Pills: The Lady of Elche

The title’s relevance today lies in the term The Evil Syndrome. Back then, I found it intriguing how people in trials confessed to actions supposedly influenced by negative forces, yet often, the consumption of mood-altering pills was a recu
