Ukraine’s Grain and Legume Stocks Rise by Over 3 Million Tons

At the start of July, grain and legume stocks in Ukraine totaled 7.7 million tons, 3 million more compared to the same period in 2025, based on data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.

Agricultural firms possess 4.7 million tons, a 34.7% increase from July 1 of last year, while processing and storage facilities have raised their stocks by 2.6 times to 3 million tons.

Ukraine’s wheat stocks are at 2.3 million tons, a 36.7% increase year-on-year. Corn stocks have surged by 94.1% to 3.9 million tons, and barley stocks by 77% to 1.1 million tons.

Within grains, only rye saw a drop (by 4.8% to 26,800 tons), whereas oilseed crops experienced a general decline; soybean stocks fell by 17.9% to 653,400 tons, and sunflower stocks plummeted by 68.2% to 1.1 million tons.
