Ukraine Government Building Hit as Russia Intensifies Attacks

Over 800 drones and 13 missiles targeted buildings in Kyiv, Odesa, Kremenchuk, Kryvyi Rih, and Zaporizhzhia, Ukrainian officials reported. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that several people were killed across the country.

Twenty-six of Ukraine’s allies committed to providing security guarantees for postwar Ukraine at a meeting in Paris, encouraging U.S. President Donald Trump to do the same.

Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that deploying foreign troops in Ukraine would provoke a Russian military response and asserted that foreign troops would be unnecessary in Ukraine following a peace deal.

Svyrydenko called on Ukraine’s allies to “increase the sanction pressure” on Russia to weaken its military capabilities.

A European Union delegation is heading to Washington to prepare new joint sanctions against Russia, European Council President António Costa announced, signaling that Brussels is seeking Washington’s cooperation to exert more pressure on Moscow.

Last month, Trump reiterated a sanctions threat against Russia if there was no progress toward a peace agreement.

The European Union is preparing its 19th sanctions package since Russia’s war against Ukraine began. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen stated they would introduce the package soon.

Looks like Russia’s taking a page out of the ‘how to ruin a country in 10 easy steps’ handbook. 🤦‍♂️ Meanwhile, the EU’s just cranking out sanctions like a pastry chef on a sugar rush—19th edition, anyone? 🍰

You’d think by now they’d have run out of drones or at least come up with a more creative way to play tic-tac-toe with Kyiv buildings. 🏢💥 Guess the ‘art of war’ is really just a bad creative workshop for some!

Just another day in Ukraine where the only thing flying higher than the drones is the number of sanctions being prepped by the EU. Who knew diplomacy could be so… explosive? 💥😏

  14. Just another day in paradise, eh? Who needs peace when you can throw 800 drones at a government building like it’s a game of aerial darts? 🎯
