Zelenskyy Demands Belarus Remove Russia-Linked Relay Stations Within a Week

Zelenskyy stated that “Russia will continue to push him deeper into this war,” but that the Belarusian president now “acknowledges that Ukraine will retaliate.”

Kyiv’s pressure on Minsk extends beyond the relay equipment that, according to Zelenskyy, “calibrates attacks on our people.”

Ukraine’s leader also criticized Lukashenko over his country’s oil-refining industry, claiming that “currently, Belarus is a major supplier for the Russian military.”

This is not the first occasion Kyiv has condemned Russia’s use of Belarusian land to carry out attacks against Ukraine or its allies.

In mid-May, Zelenskyy warned that Moscow was “formulating plans for operations to the south and north of Belarusian territory” either targeting Ukraine “or a NATO nation.”

The backing of Belarus for Russian President Vladimir Putin’s comprehensive invasion of Ukraine has been documented since the onset of the conflict, when Moscow’s troops used Belarusian territory to initiate missile and drone strikes against Ukraine.

Looks like Zelenskyy’s giving Lukashenko a week to tidy up his house, or else. Who knew international diplomacy could feel like a bad episode of a reality show? 😂

Oh sure, because nothing says diplomacy like giving your neighbor a week to dismantle their tech support for the enemy. 😏 Maybe next he’ll ask them to throw in a complimentary coffee while they’re at it!

Seems like Zelenskyy’s just dropped a charming little reminder for Lukashenko—nothing says “friendly neighbor” quite like demanding your buddy gets rid of his dodgy tech. Who knew diplomacy could be so… demanding? 😏

Fascinating how Zelenskyy’s now playing the game of “remove the bad apples” with Lukashenko. I suppose we can all just sit back and enjoy the show while Belarus tries to figure out if they’re in a sitcom or a war drama. 🍿🙄

Oh sure, because asking Belarus to just remove those relay stations is totally gonna work, right? It’s not like they’re on a first-name basis with Putin or anything. 😂

Talk about a “friendly neighbor” who really knows how to throw a wrench in the works! 😏 Just wait till Lukashenko realizes that playing host to Putin’s little military circus might come with a hefty bill—might want to check that guest list twice! 🥴
