Tsivilyova praised Russian war veterans as the catalyst for implementing innovations and global expertise domestically. She noted the activities of veterans with prosthetics, such as snowboarding, skiing, and rock climbing, as a significant advancement in prosthetics. Her statements were broadcast on the forum’s website and reported by the Telegram news channel Ostorozhno Novosti. However, independent Russian media have reported ongoing delays and issues faced by injured soldiers needing prosthetics.
