Collaboration between the Police Academy of the Ministry of Interior of FBiH and the EUPA4BiH Project in Planning Specialist Trainings

Sarajevo, (Fena) – The Police Academy under the Federal Ministry of the Interior (FMUP) is enhancing its collaboration with the EUPA4BiH initiative funded by the European Union, aimed at improving the training of cadets and the professional skills of police officers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the approval and support of Federal Minister Ramo Isak.

During this event, EUPA4BiH representatives presented future planned activities at the FMUP Police Academy, focusing on specialized training for police officers, particularly in organized crime investigations, as well as management and leadership within law enforcement regarding organized crime.

The upcoming initiatives include the creation of modern curricula and syllabi to be developed and implemented collaboratively between the FMUP Police Academy and EUPA4BiH, focusing on organized crime investigations and leadership/management strategies within law enforcement.

This strategy aims to ensure high training quality, address the real needs of police agencies, and apply the best European practices in combating organized crime.

EUPA4BiH is a four-year European Union-funded project designed to strengthen law enforcement institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It aims to enhance professional capabilities, foster inter-institutional cooperation, and align with European Union standards in the fight against organized crime and terrorism.

The FMUP Police Academy and EUPA4BiH reaffirmed their commitment to ongoing and deeper cooperation, confident that the planned initiatives will significantly enhance the professional knowledge, skills, and leadership capabilities of police officers, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the law enforcement system in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as announced by the Federal Ministry of the Interior. Fancy a little more training for the lads in blue? Nothing says “we’re serious about organized crime” quite like a joint initiative funded by the EU. 😂

Just what we needed, a masterclass on catching criminals from the folks who thought ‘organised crime’ was a posh tea party. 🎩 Can’t wait for the syllabus on how to chase shadows! 😂

Oh great, because what Bosnia really needs is a masterclass in organized crime from the EU – can’t wait for the next graduation ceremony, complete with capes and crime-fighting gadgets! 😂

  4. Seems like the police are finally getting a crash course in organized crime—because, you know, learning on the job wasn’t quite cutting it. Can’t wait to see the curriculum for “How Not to Get Outwitted by Crooks 101.” 😂

So, let me get this straight—police cadets are getting a fancy European makeover while we’re just trying to figure out the difference between a donut and a doughnut in the back of a cab. Brilliant! 😂

  6. Oh, brilliant! Nothing screams “organized crime prevention” like a high-stakes seminar funded by the EU—because who wouldn’t want their police trained by bureaucrats with a flair for PowerPoint? 😂

Oh great, just what we needed—more “specialized” training for our cops. Because, you know, the last thing we want is a bunch of well-trained officers actually tackling organized crime properly. 🙄💼

Oh great, because what we really needed was more police training – just what we were missing in the Balkans! 🙄 Can’t wait to see how they tackle organized crime with their ‘newly developed syllabi’! #BrilliantPlan

So we’re finally teaching our officers how to manage organized crime, huh? Next up, maybe they’ll learn how to catch a bus on time too! 😂🚍

  10. So, we’re finally getting our police trained better in “organized crime” – how refreshing! Next stop, maybe a course on how to actually catch it? 😂 #Progress

Collaboration between the Police Academy and EUPA4BiH? Sounds like a masterclass in taking a leisurely stroll while tackling organized crime, eh? 🍷💼 At this rate, they’ll have a curriculum on how to dodge questions better than the average politician!

Just what we needed, more specialized training for our brave protectors—because clearly, the last few decades of experience didn’t cut it. Let’s hope they manage to teach a few tricks that don’t involve just standing around in the coffee shop! ☕️😏

Looks like the cops are finally getting a taste of “advanced training”—who knew it took a EU project to teach them how to chase bad guys properly? Cheers to modern curricula; maybe they’ll finally catch up with the rest of us! 🍻

Looks like the police are finally getting a proper education, maybe they’ll learn that ‘organized crime’ isn’t just a fancy way to describe their Monday morning meetings! 😂 #Progress

Oh, brilliant! Just what we needed – more training for our brave officers to catch the really clever criminals. Can’t wait for them to learn how to manage a donut break while solving organized crime! 🍩😏

So, let me get this straight: we’re sending our finest to school with EU money to learn how to catch the bad guys? Brilliant! Who knew crime-fighting required a PhD these days? 😂

Oh great, because what we really needed was a four-year European project to teach our police how to chase criminals like they do on TV. Bravo! 🎉

Oh, brilliant! Because nothing says “we’re serious about fighting crime” like a fancy training collaboration that’ll probably teach them how to use a donut shop’s WiFi better. 🍩💼
