The European Commission addresses Hungary’s alerts about disruptions to Russian oil flows through Ukraine’s Druzhba pipeline, asserting there’s no immediate supply threat and alternative routes exist. The former tech commissioner, Thierry Breton, facing U.S. sanctions over his involvement in drafting the Digital Services Act, defends his stance before the European Parliament.
