En tant que présidente de l’association Petites cités de caractère de France, Françoise Gatel (Ruralité) a pu donner des interviews que Stéphane Bern pourrait valider : “La sauvegarde du patrimoine est un levier d’espérance et d’avenir pour nos petites cités”, expose la Bretonne sur Enviedeville.fr.

Députée du Doubs, Annie Genevard (Agriculture) a longtemps présidé la commission permanente du Conseil de la montagne. Elle a laissé sa place en devenant ministre de Michel Barnier en septembre, puis a réintégré le conseil en mai comme représentante de l’association nationale des élus de la montagne grâce à un arrêté ministériel.

Après sa semaine au ministère des Armées, Sébastien Lecornu se rend parfois aux vernissages du Musée des impressionnismes de Giverny, dont il est président. Le lieu accueille chaque année Le Forum de Giverny, un événement d’influence sur la responsabilité sociale et environnementale des entreprises, que le ministre a inauguré en 2024.

Les étiquettes à rallonge des barons locaux

Comme de nombreux collègues, Sébastien Lecornu maintient un fort ancrage local. Il est par exemple vice-président du département de l’Eure, chargé des grands projets et des relations internationales, parmi d’autres engagements dans divers organismes de son secteur.

Office HLM, syndicat mixte de transports en commun, collège ou CHU… la liste des entités dans lesquelles les ministres-élu locaux siègent ou ont siégé est longue, à l’image de : Catherine Vautrin (Travail, Santé, Solidarités, Familles) à Reims, François Rebsamen (Aménagement du territoire) à Dijon, Patricia Mirallès (Anciens combattants) à Montpellier, Yannick Neuder (Santé) en Isère, Laurent Marcangeli (Fonction publique) à Ajaccio ou Charlotte Parmentier-Lecocq (Personnes handicapées) et Valérie Létard (Logement) dans le Nord.

N’oublions pas François Bayrou et son fief pyrénéen. En plus de son poste bénévole de Haut-commissaire au Plan, le Premier ministre a cumulé jusqu’à 34 participations à des organes dirigeants d’un organisme public ou privé, sans rémunération, dont : l’Institut Confucius à Pau, le syndicat mixte de l’aéroport Pau-Pyrénées, l’université locale, le centre hospitalier, ou les offices de logement.

    Oh, quelle surprise, encore un ministre qui sait jongler avec ses multiples casquettes ! On dirait bien que le cumul des mandats est devenu le sport national, mais qui a besoin d’un français en pleine forme quand on a un agenda aussi chargé ? 😏
