44-Year-Old Victim Stabbed in Harelbeke Residence

Pevernagestraat (Eurotoday) – A 44-year-old male suffered serious injuries when he was stabbed inside an Andries Pevernagestraat apartment in Harelbeke. Police handcuffed two individuals they found at the scene. 

A 44-year-old male was stabbed in Harelbeke. The incident took place inside Andries Pevernagestraat’s apartment at 6 PM yesterday. The victim left the apartment with heavy bleeding, which activated emergency responders to the scene.

Medical personnel cooled him down before hospital transport to nearby medical facilities, where he faced critical injuries, but nurses reported he recovered. Police officials made the identification and detention of two persons responsible for this incident public.

Police handcuffed two individuals they found at the scene just before taking them into arrest shortly following the stabbing. According to official reports from the public prosecutor’s office, both men in custody were arrested by local law enforcement. The apprehended subjects reached ages 44 and 49. 

Police authorities are interrogating both men about their suspected roles in the event. Today, an investigating judge will decide if prison remains the option for the suspects holding them while additional investigations proceed. Authorities are investigating the unclear facts about the blank”>stabbing while gathering more details to understand what happened before the attack.
