US State Department Adviser Proposed Funding Marine Le Pen

In France, defendants can usually have their punishment temporarily lifted by appealing a verdict, during which they return to being presumed innocent. However, the court made a rare decision that Le Pen’s crimes were so severe and the risk of recidivism so significant that her ban should be enforced immediately. Her appeal is scheduled for 2026.

Samson, a recent graduate of the University of Texas at Austin as per his LinkedIn profile, is among several young conservatives who joined the State Department since Trump regained the White House in January.

Earlier this year, he authored an article for the State Department Substack, titled “The Need for Civilizational Allies in Europe,” where he praised natural law and urged Europe to reclaim “Western heritage.”

Samson, akin to Secretary of State Marco Rubio, criticized Germany for labeling the far-right Alternative for Germany party as an “extremist” organization and echoed Trump administration criticisms against Europe for allegedly restricting free speech rights. He also condemned the opposition faced by “Christian nations” such as Hungary.

Samson’s actions align with the Trump administration’s strategy to support likeminded political movements worldwide and strengthen relations with friendly governments. Officials from the Trump administration have often rebuked Europe for its measures against the far right, while overlooking human rights issues in countries like El Salvador and Argentina.

Samson works in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, an office established to “advance American security by promoting respect for human rights, strengthening democratic institutions, empowering civil society, promoting and protecting freedom of expression, and upholding internationally recognized worker rights.”

Funding Marine Le Pen, eh? Well, that’s one way to spice up Franco-American relations—nothing says “democracy” like a good old-fashioned political endorsement of someone who’s got the legal equivalent of a speeding ticket on a racetrack! 😂

Funding Marine Le Pen? Oh, splendid idea! Because nothing screams “democracy” like throwing money at far-right extremism. 🇫🇷💸

Funding Le Pen, eh? That’s a bold move—clearly, the State Department thinks Europe needs a bit more “spice” in its political stew. 🍲 But who needs human rights when you can have a front-row seat to the political circus? 🎪

Funding Marine Le Pen? Brilliant! Because nothing screams “democracy” quite like propping up a politician with a criminal record. 🍷💼

Funding Marine Le Pen? Brilliant strategy! Next, let’s sponsor a cheese-eating contest—might as well keep the French tradition of odd choices alive! 🧀😂

Mayor Collboni has made the removal of STRs a key part of his housing strategy. The plan seems straightforward: eliminate STRs and the homes will return to local residents. However, the data suggests otherwise. The city council has not shown how removing legally licensed STRs would place these houses on the market.
The city’s own research contradicts their aim. A study by the Barcelona Insti
