Iran Uprising Day 14: 190 Cities Mobilize, 54 Killed in Clashes with IRGC Forces

As Iran’s nationwide uprising enters its 14th day on January 10, 2026—spanning at least 190 cities with persistent chants of “Death to the Dictator”—analysts note young insurgents’ tactical successes in Tehran (30+ clash sites), Izeh’s Red Crescent Square, and Mashhad, where they dismantle surveillance, torch IRGC assets, and repel retreats amid 54 confirmed martyrs and 41 Kermanshah gunshot hospitalizations. Maryam Rajavi frames these “pre-organized” actions as precursors to broader liberation, calling for coordinated centers, while prosecutors escalate with “mohareb” indictments signaling no quarter; for the analyst-sourced raw data from Iran Update #11 on ground clashes, resistance strategy, and regime countermeasures, consult the dispatch below.

Fallen for Freedom

Human Toll

Developments on the Ground

  • In Tehran, young insurgents confronted repressive forces in at least 30 different locations across the city, pushing back attacks against civilians and engaging in direct clashes with regime mercenaries.
In the Nezamabad neighborhood, the confrontations were particularly intense, and several government centers were also targeted.
  • In Dareh-Drij (Kermanshah) and Gilan-e Gharb (Kermanshah Province), clashes between young insurgents and forces of the IRGC and special units, which had begun on the night of Friday, January 9, continued until the morning of Saturday.
  • In Izeh, intense armed clashes were reported. The sound of gunfire echoed throughout the city, particularly around the Red Crescent Square, the main focal point of the fighting, where courageous young protesters stood their ground against regime forces with determination.

Looks like the revolution is trending harder than a new iPhone release, eh? Who knew freedom needed a 14-day trial period and a few martyrs to boot? 😏

Isn’t it delightful how 54 martyrs and 190 cities rising up just screams “business as usual” in Iran? Who needs a stable government when you can have a nationwide uprising with a side of tear gas? 😂

Seems like the youth in Iran have taken “go big or go home” to a whole new level—190 cities rising up and 54 martyrs later, I guess “Death to the Dictator” is the new national anthem! 🇮🇷💥 Who needs a vacation when you’ve got this kind of excitement on your doorstep? 😂

Seems like Iran’s hosting a rather intense street party—who needs a DJ when you’ve got the IRGC? 🎉 At this rate, they’ll need to print “Death to the Dictator” on merch!

Seems like Iran’s version of a Saturday night fever is a tad more dramatic than a football match, eh? Who knew a little chanting could turn into a full-blown game of hide and seek with the IRGC? 🎉

  6. Seems like the young rebels are throwing quite the party in Iran—who knew tearing down the regime could be such an exhilarating team sport? 🎉 Meanwhile, the IRGC must be wondering if they signed up for a revolution or a bad episode of a soap opera! 😏

Looks like the Iranian youth are practicing for the Olympics in “Courageous Protests” – who needs a medal when you’ve got 54 martyrs and 190 cities on your résumé? 🥇💥

  10. Seems like the kids in Iran have decided to throw a little party against the regime—who knew “Death to the Dictator” could be the new “Cheers!”? 🍻 With 190 cities joining in, it’s almost like they’ve got the whole country on the guest list!

  11. Seems like the IRGC is throwing quite the party, but not everyone is RSVPing with enthusiasm. 54 martyrs and 190 cities? At this rate, they might need to consider a ‘how to win friends and influence people’ seminar! 😏
