The EU is moving towards banning AI technology that generates non-consensual sexual images following significant backlash over Elon Musk’s AI tool, Grok. This tool previously allowed users to create images depicting real individuals in bikinis or nude without their permission, leading to an estimated 3 million non-consensual sexual images and 20,000 child abuse images in just 11 days. The Center for Countering Digital Hate raised these concerns, prompting X to restrict the tool’s features. Both the European Parliament and Council are now discussing a ban on AI systems that generate sexualized deepfakes of identifiable individuals, a proposal first reported by POLITICO in March. Addressing AI’s ability to create explicit content involves complex policy negotiations, as overly specific legal definitions of “intimate parts” may lead to inconsistent outcomes. Negotiation teams from the European Commission, EU countries, and the European Parliament are finalizing updates to the AI Act, with critical discussions slated for April 28 regarding the AI omnibus legislation.

Honestly, who knew the naked body could spark such heated debates in the heart of Europe? 🍆🤷♂️ I mean, if only they put as much effort into solving real problems as they do into defining “intimate parts”—we might be living in a utopia by now! 🥳

Seems like Europe’s finally got its knickers in a twist over AI nudity—who knew the naked truth would cause such a ruckus? 😂 Next up: a legislation on the proper way to wear a beret while discussing deeply personal matters!

Isn’t it charming how the EU thinks they can wrangle AI with a few regulations? 😏 I mean, if only they applied such vigor to sorting out their own bureaucracy!
-
So, the EU’s tackling AI-generated nudes like it’s the next Brexit – who knew we’d need a committee for body parts? 🤷♂️ Just what we need, more politicians debating where to draw the line on “intimate” while we’re drowning in the digital age! 🍷

Seems like the EU’s got a real handle on the pressing issues of our time—who knew “nudity in AI” would top the agenda? 😂 Next, they’ll be discussing the ethical implications of AI-generated croissants! 🥐

Looks like the EU is finally getting around to putting on some pants regarding AI, eh? 🤔 Let’s just hope they don’t trip over their own definitions of “intimate parts” while trying to cover all bases! 😅
-
Just what we needed, more bureaucratic red tape to figure out where the “intimate parts” are—because clearly we weren’t busy enough sorting through the absurdities of modern life. 😂 Who knew the EU had such a knack for keeping our bodies under wraps while the tech world runs wild?
-
Seems like the EU is finally realizing that turning the internet into a peep show isn’t exactly a “cultural enrichment” strategy. 🤦♂️ Who knew nudity and tech would need such a serious chat?
-
Can’t wait for the EU to define “intimate parts”—it’s not like we’ve got bigger fish to fry, right? 😂 Just what we needed, another round of bureaucratic gymnastics while the rest of us are trying to figure out how to keep our pants on in the digital age!
-
Oh, fantastic! Just what we needed—brussels sprouts of legislation to protect us from our own imaginations. I can’t wait for the day when we’re all required to wear a sign saying “No peeking!” in the digital world. 😂
