Officials have noted that preserving these historical elements is a key aspect of the project, harmonizing heritage conservation with modern industrial development. The estate is strategically positioned near the E17 highway, ensuring convenient access for businesses. Following the meeting, companies will be able to officially apply for a place in the Blauwpoort estate. The goal is to attract businesses that contribute to job creation and environmental sustainability, with high expectations for strong interest from potential applicants.
