Moscow (Eurotoday) – Russia rejected U.S. President-elect Trump’s ceasefire proposal, insisting on Putin’s conditions for peace, including Ukraine’s NATO exclusion.
The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that the Kremlin was not prepared to make compromises when it came to Ukraine and that Russian President Vladimir Putin‘s recommendations on how to conclude the confrontation required to be executed.
As reported by Reuter, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova blank” rel=”noopener”>stated her remarks following the proposal by U.S. President-elect Donald Trump for an instantaneous ceasefire and talks between Ukraine and Russia to terminate “the madness.”
