Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper on Monday summoned Seyed Ali Mousavi, Iran’s ambassador to the U.K., to the Foreign Office. She stated that Tehran’s intelligence services have “planned and conducted dangerous, potentially lethal, operations.”
