Le président américain a déclaré que les discussions avec le dirigeant russe pour mettre fin à la guerre débuteront “immédiatement”. Peu auparavant, son secrétaire à la Défense avait souligné que les objectifs de paix de l’Ukraine ne seraient pas réalisés.
