Banksy Artwork Sale in Antwerp to Support Palestine and Ukraine

Antwerp (Eurotoday Newspaper) – Antwerp’s Gallery 28 hosts a Banksy exhibition from Nov 28, 2025, to Dec 7, 2025. Organiser Marc Pairon and artists Denis De Gloire and Avi Kenan donate proceeds to Palestine and Ukraine.

As VRT News reported, Antwerp will host an exhibition of Banksy artworks from November 28, 2025, to December 7, 2025, at Gallery 28, Antwerp Business Suites. The exhibition features officially certified pieces, including original hand-painted miniatures of the West Bank separation wall from Banksy’s Walled Off Hotel in Bethlehem.

“Banksy isn’t just an anonymous artist, but also a way of interacting with others,”

says initiator Marc Pairon.

“When you see Banksy’s work, you’re inspired to solve societal problems peacefully.”

What is Banksy’s art in Antwerp doing to aid Palestine and Ukraine?

Officials mentioned that visitors can also purchase limited edition Banksy stamps released by the Ukrainian Post in 2023, each set including a matching postcard and envelope. The stamps are priced at €100, while the original miniatures start at €2,000.

All proceeds from the exhibition will go to humanitarian aid in Palestine and Ukraine. Pairon, one of the organisers, said,

“Everything is offered at reasonable prices.”

The exhibition is designed to support people affected by conflict.

“I’ve been following Banks for almost 20 years, ever since he was completely unknown. He’s always been one of my heroes,”

Pairon testifies.

“I admire not only his oeuvre, but also the vision and goals of his work, which is a beautiful story. Banks thrive on solving problems in the world.”

“We can all be Banksy for a while if we hug each other and see what we can do for each other.”

Banksy4Humanity initiator Marc Pairon

“The sometimes cynical undertone in Banks’s work is meant to attract attention. Behind it almost always lies a peaceful message: Don’t abandon each other,”

says Pairon.

“We can all be Banksy for a moment if we embrace each other and see what we can do for each other.”

Pairon, one of the organisers, said that all money raised from the exhibition goes directly to families in need.

Just what we needed, more overpriced art to solve global crises—because nothing says ‘support’ quite like a €2,000 miniature of a wall. 🙄💸

  2. Coughing up two grand for a mini Banksy while pretending to save the world? Brilliant strategy, mate! 🤔💸

Seems like the only thing more overpriced than a Banksy is the idea that a few mini paintings can solve international crises. 😂 Just what we need, a splash of art to drown out real issues, eh?
