Oh, brilliant! A phone call about energy partnerships and regional ties—because nothing says “progress” quite like a chat with a country known for its steppe and… *how do we say* “not-so-enthusiastic human rights record”? 🤷‍♂️

Sounds like a riveting phone call, doesn’t it? 🤔 Nothing says “important global strategy” quite like discussing energy partnerships over the phone—next, they’ll be arranging a summit via carrier pigeon! 🕊️

  3. Oh, brilliant! A phone call with Kazakhstan’s president—because nothing says “serious diplomacy” quite like a chat while sipping espresso in Brussels. 🤷‍♂️ Hope he didn’t forget to ask about the weather too! ☕️🌍

So, Costa’s having a chinwag with Kazakhstan’s president, eh? Must be nice to trade sanctions for energy deals—nothing says “multilateralism” quite like a phone call with the world’s largest landlocked country! 😂📞
