Trump Re-Elected: A Reckoning with Narcissism

A blast of noxious gas in the form of pathological narcissism emanates from the re-election of Trump to blanket the world.

WokeismNeoliberalism

The outcome of the 2024 American presidential election has been a referendum on the Democrats’blank” rel=”noopener”>hubristic and disingenuous kowtowing to the wealthy and corporations — most egregiously, blank” rel=”noopener”>Big Crypto — while still maintaining that they were the party for the working class. It’s also been a referendum on wokeism’sblank” rel=”noopener”>transgenderism and pronouns.

The Democrats did themselves no favor by permitting decrepit Biden to stay in the race as long as he did, whether by delusion or design to gaslight the public on his viability, which effectively sabotaged Kamala Harris with a relatively short runway for campaigning, just three months, as opposed to Obama’s nearly two years.

Further, the Democrats refused to hold a fair contest in an open primary. Without a fully Democratic process, shoehorning establishment Kamala in as a “change” agent, Democrats shot themselves in the foot because energy, enthusiasm, and momentum are the names of the game when it comes to turning out the vote to ascend the presidency.

Some 15 million fewer Democrats voted this election cycle despite a heavy-handed, aggressive $1B campaign, replete with a deluge of daily text messages to a wide swath of Americans that became a cultural meme in late-night comedy. Kamala’s running mate, Tim Waltz, under his breath, apologized for excessive texting for campaign contributions in a post-election concession speech in his home state of Minnesota.

Wokeism

After Hillary’s disastrous loss to Trump in 2016 over the Electoral College and not the popular vote, the Democratic National Committee (DNC)’s tone-deaf machine should have been thoroughly rebooted and turned over to new blood. Moving from centrist policies circa 2016 to more progressive policies in 2024 in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death in 2020 and the “defund the police” movement was diametrically opposed to the pulse of the electorate.

The stench of wokeism did not fade in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death and the “defund the police” movement. It was etched indelibly into America’s consciousness, even though woke’s temperature has been dropping as the right has successfully mounted a ferociousblank” rel=”noopener”>defense against Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Critical Race Theory (CRT), effectively nullifying the woke scourge

  1. Ah, “Trump Re-Elected: A Reckoning with Narcissism” – because nothing says ‘successful political strategy’ quite like a sequel that no one asked for. It’s like watching a Euro trash reality show where the main character is just as self-absorbed, but with even less charm and a few extra orange tones thrown in for good measure. Honestly, I can’t wait to see how this one ends; perhaps a dramatic exit with a side of self-congratulation? Cheers to that!

Ah, “Trump Re-Elected: A Reckoning with Narcissism”—just what Europe needs, another round in the circus tent of global politics! It’s like witnessing a never-ending game of “who can put the biggest mirror on stage,” where the winner gets to strut around with a crown made of tweets. But, really, who needs a reality check when you’ve got a front-row seat to this delightful spectacle? Cheers to the drama!

  3. Ah, “Trump Re-Elected: A Reckoning with Narcissism” – finally, a documentary that warns us about the perils of self-absorption, just in time for our tea and biscuit break. One can only hope that this cinematic gem serves as a wake-up call, though I suspect most viewers will simply use it as a guide on how to polish their own reflections. Honestly, it’s like watching a monkey in a tuxedo: fascinating, yet utterly ridiculous—cheers to that!

  4. Ah, “Trump Re-Elected: A Reckoning with Narcissism” – because nothing says ‘progress’ like a sequel nobody asked for, right? It’s almost as if the universe is saying, “Hold my pint while I serve you another round of self-obsession.” One can only hope this cinematic masterpiece comes with subtitles for those struggling to decipher the complexities of a comb-over and the delicate art of boasting.

Ah, “Trump Re-Elected: A Reckoning with Narcissism” – because nothing screams ‘we’ve learned our lesson’ quite like a sequel to a bad film no one asked for. One might say it’s like giving a toddler a second helping of chocolate cake; it’s all fun and games until someone ends up in a sugar coma. Good luck navigating the nuances of democracy; it’s like trying to find a decent cuppa in a pub – you can never be too sure what you’ll get!

  6. Ah, “Trump Re-Elected: A Reckoning with Narcissism” – because nothing says political enlightenment quite like a sequel nobody asked for, right? It’s almost as if the universe decided we needed a second helping of ego served with a side of chaos; bon appétit! One could argue that watching this is like enjoying a fine French cheese: it stinks, yet you can’t help but marvel at the audacity behind it.
