Her work includes happiness coaching, orchestrating workshops, and producing motivational content. As a TEDx speaker, thought leader, and host of the Webby-honored podcast “Manifesting with Meg,” she has been featured worldwide, and was named one of the Top TEDx Speakers Inspiring the World in 2025 by CIO Magazine.

Her expertise enables significant shifts through tailored coaching and dynamic speaking events. Ms. Nocero holds a B.A. in Romance Languages, Literature, and Linguistics from Boston College, an M.A. in International Security and Conflict/Interamerican Studies from the University of Miami, and a Law Degree from St. Thomas University College of Law. She recently obtained an M.A. in Happiness Studies from Centenary University.

Currently, she is pursuing a doctorate in Happiness Studies under Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar at Centenary University, with research focusing on mindfulness, human flourishing, and the science of well-being.

Throughout her career, Ms. Nocero has received numerous awards. This year, she is in consideration for The Empowered Woman Award and a feature in TIP magazine.
