
Sarajevo, (Fena) – During its session yesterday, the Council of Ministers of BiH acknowledged the Directorate for Economic Planning’s report on the status of the Reform Agenda for Bosnia and Herzegovina, the obligations of the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, and the forthcoming institutional actions for BiH.
The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, along with the Directorate for Economic Planning and the Directorate for European Integration, are assigned to collaborate with all government levels in Bosnia and Herzegovina to advance efforts and draft a decision to create an institutional framework for executing the Reform Agenda in line with constitutional authorities.
Following the alignment of the proposal and gathering feedback from all government levels, they must report to the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina within 30 days and submit the draft decision for procedure.
With the approval of the Reform Agenda by the European Commission and member states, it is imperative to promptly initiate the process for concluding international agreements (Instrument Agreement and Loan Agreement) according to the law, as well as to designate a national coordinator for the Reform Agenda.
