Hamas Frees 3 Israeli Hostages in Latest Cease-Fire Exchange

Hamas released three Israeli hostages on Saturday morning in a televised handover in central Gaza, as part of the ongoing cease-fire agreement in the region.

The Palestinian militant group freed Ohad Ben Ami, Eli Sharabi, and Or Levy, who had been taken captive during the October 7, 2023, attack on Israel.

The three men appeared on stage, surrounded by armed and masked militants, before being handed over to Red Cross ambulances waiting nearby. Their release was part of a deal that saw 183 Palestinian prisoners freed in exchange.

Just what we needed, another twisted episode of “The Price is Right,” where hostages are the prizes and the rules are as clear as a London fog. 🕵️‍♂️ Bravo, lads! 👏 Hope the Red Cross brought some snacks for the ride back! 🍕

Just what we needed, a game of hostage poker in broad daylight. I suppose it’s a lovely day for a handover, isn’t it? 😏 #PeaceProcessOrTheatre

Looks like Hamas is really into performance art these days—who knew hostage exchanges could be so *well* choreographed? 🎭 Just when you thought the Middle East couldn’t get any more dramatic, they pull off a live show with an audience! Bravo! 🙄
