How did a dead horse end up in the Molenbeek stream?

The Denderleeuw fire brigade was called to help remove the dead horse from the stream. They used a crane to lift the body out of the water and place it on the bank. A company called Rendac, which specializes in disposing of animal remains, was also contacted. However, since it was late in the day, they couldn’t arrange to collect the body until Monday. For now, the remains were covered with a tarp and left on the bank until they could be properly taken care of.
