
On Monday in Luxembourg, a historic high-level political dialogue between the European Union and Palestine will occur alongside the EU foreign ministers’ meeting. Among the participants will be Radosław Sikorski, the head of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The discussions will center on the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip, as well as the potential for a two-state solution between Israel and Palestine. The meeting will be chaired by Kaja Kallas, the head of EU diplomacy, and includes Mohammad Mustafa, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Palestinian Authority.
Political topics to be explored include the situation in the West Bank, Israeli-Palestinian relations, and the implications of the Gaza conflict. Additionally, participants will consider the state of EU-Palestine bilateral relations, upcoming reforms within the Palestinian Authority, and the potential for EU support for these initiatives.
This gathering marks the first political-level dialogue between the EU and Palestine.
